  We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful B&B, located right on the Grand River in Paris! We had decided to stay here as we had read great reviews, and wanted to have an authentic stay in a small town somewhere in Southern Ontario. We were happy that we had chosen this location for a number of reasons. Firstly, Judy was the most friendly and patient owner of any B&B that we had ever stayed-in. She was very knowledgeable, giving us information about the town, and what to visit during our stay (as we are big history buffs, and wanted to know more about the historical aspect of the town and surrounding areas). She also asked us numerous times during our stay if we were comfortable, and if there was anything that we needed. The rooms were very clean, with large beds, vintage furniture, and accessible washrooms for both of us to use. We enjoyed the scenic view, and even dined at the tea room a few times during our stay (which had the most delicious tea sandwiches and scones we had ever tasted). We found the parking to be accessible for us, and enjoyed how quiet and serene everything was, with the Grand River literally in our backyard! Would most certainly recommend this B&B and tearoom for those who want a relaxing and fulfilling holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life!

  I loved everything about Tea on the Grand from the atmosphere to our great host, Judy spoiling us with her delicious food and her warm and fun personality. I will definitely come back again!!!!

  Fabulous location on the Grand River, steps away from downtown Paris. Best scones and butter tarts. Judy our host is most accommodating and amazing!

  Judy and Rick were excellent hosts! The historic house is really neat and breakfast was delicious. Great location on the water and right nearby downtown. Would def recommend to anyone looking to check out the charming town of Paris.
