Their sales guy was prompt, friendly and quick to answer my questions.
The guy who schedules the installs was also friendly and quick to answer my questions. He was also very understanding when I had to move the install date due to the provincial lockdown.
The installers were right on time and did a fantastic job. 3 heat pumps was not a small job and they did it with quality in mind. They were also great at putting things back on the mantle when they were done.
Definitely recommended all around! -

Chris Hopewell provided a same-day quote after conducting a thoughtful and pragmatic house inspection, and Charles, the lead installer, thought and implemented of ways, on his own initiative, to minimalize the amount of exterior piping that would distract from the aesthetics of our heritage home. The quoted price for the superior Fujitsu equipment was fair and competitive. Communication with the Newport head office was also prompt and professional. Recommended.
