Have had a DH Russell Trout knife for almost 45 years. Visited the factory here and asked if they could do a factory resharpen whilst we did the tour. Was asked to leave it for a few hours and come back. They gave my beloved belt knife a “Spa Day”! It was sharpened, metal buffed, rosewood handle polished and waxed. Wow. What service. Wish we had brought our even older knife along as well! Bought a beautiful chef’s knife on the way out as well.

Amazing experience, bought a #3 seconds. Don't see anything wrong with it. Amazing quality, feels great in the hand and cuts like butter. The customer service is top notch, I requested a diffrent sheath in the notes but it was sent with the normal one. They offered to send a new one out postage paid.

I have a large number of Grohmann Knives , all of which I purchased in Pictou. I find the service great and the product the same. They do a wicked job when they sharpen them , awesome. Must see place if you haven't been there.
