Sharing the beauty of Tancook, it's beaches, culture, and history. A museum showing the challenging life and successes of the early settlers of Big Tancook Island. Accounts to read telling stories of long ago .
Crafts for sale from the seaglass found on the island beaches, the well known wishing stones from the ocean waters, lovely handmade creations too numerous to mention. Plan to spend time browsing. There's so much to see and learn.
Handcrafting rugs right before our eyes. A craft to pass down through generations.
A library for island residents to share books and videos. A place to do a puzzle or play a game. This is a place to gather and share. A place where memories are made and remembered. Be sure to go.

A must stop while on Tancook. This shop is a step back in time. The owner is fantastic. From beach glass to wishing stones and great local art this small shop packs a punch. The museum is a fantastic collection of local History . This is a gem of Nova Scotia.
