I had found about 12 instances of the vehicle I was in the market for (throughout Nova Scotia) and wrote to 5 or 6 of those in order to test drive the vehicles and get some advance financials out of the way. I had a trade in so I really wanted to spare myself the BS of spending weeks at this, but I wanted to make sure I got good value.
Most dealers ignored my email.
The few that got back to me were all pretty good. I did test drive the Grand Cherokee Limiteds at several locations (as well as a few other vehicles) and Saunders wound up having the one I wanted.
I was able to get most of the details out of the way by email and did not have to spend all day (once I arrived) completing the transaction.
I did get great return on my Jeep Wrangler and I got the price I wanted to pay on the Grand Cherokee Limited.
Most importantly.. I was not cornered to buy third party add on's, plans etc. The few I invested in were Manufacturer Offered items that I found to be of good value.
Having waited a few months to review let me get past the "Honeymoon" and I have to say, I am as impressed today with the sales people that worked with me (and the experience as a whole) as when I bought it.
If you ARE buying, and you ARE getting a Jeep.. this is a great place to complete the deal.
