(August 24, 2020, 11:20 am)Hugh and Jake squeezed my car in to assess after it broke down after I drove from Washington State to Montana. I was stranded with my kids at a hotel. They went out of their way to call the Ford dealership and found out that it was a Ford recall issue and Ford would pay for the problem 100%. They did not charge me for the diagnostic or their time. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness?
