No matter who is answering the phone, email or the door, you're going to get a helpful, friendly and fast response to your questions. Genuinely a business who will venture into the unreasonable when it comes to their willingness to help past and potential customers. As for the parts and service, it costs what it costs. When you're dealing with Jeffsoldvolks, you're being treated by people who understand what its like on the customer end of car repair. Give them a chance to show you what quality workmanship and real customer service are like, and it will be the last time you wonder where to take your car in the future. I simply cannot say enough about these folks.

(April 19, 2019, 1:40 am)In 25+ years of vehicle ownership I have never had a more positive & amazing experience as I had when I took our VW Beetle to Jeff’s. Yes I said positive & amazing when referring to an automotive mechanic shop! Derek & CJ were awesome providing real time updates & cost breakdown of the job in a digital manner & in language an average person can understand. Lisa in the office was always wonderful as well. Thanks a million we will be back again!!
