(March 13, 2019, 3:10 pm)My mom has been with Heart to Heart for the past 3 months. After doing a tremendous amount of footwork and research, I was happy they had a room available for my mother. The home is spacious, clean and bright. Every time I visit, the house is filled with good smells of home-cooked meals. I swear it smells like they are always making cookies or fresh bread. It simply feels ...more like home. The staff is friendly, very capable and genuine. There is around the clock ...one-on-one care, 3 residents with their own room to personalize with their own memorabilia. Each resident has a motorized lazy-boy chair when they want to watch TV or chat. The owner drops in regularly to check on the occupants and staff. I asked if I could drop in with our family dog and they had no issue with this (as long as the other residents had no fears or allergies). We were even Ok'd to bring in a few musicians for a sing-a-long. The staff goes over & above to make my mom feel at home while providing the professional care she needs.
