This is a fabulous workout every session whether we like it or not. Iain is very conscientious about keeping an eye on all his members and makes corrections and provides encouragement and is a great trainer. I try not to miss any of my sessions. My week isn’t complete if I do. Over three years in and its the best place I know. I feel great and can’t say enough!
Highlander Strength and Fitness is an amazing gym. Iain meets each participant where they are at in terms of personal fitness and helps them reach their goals in a safe and encouraging environment. He is extremely professional and this is reflected in how he interacts with the members of his gym and the quality of the classes. The circuit training is well thought out and changed up regularly to challenge participants. Personally, due to some physical injuries/limitations, Iain has assisted me by making some adjustments to various exercises so that I can still work on my fitness without exacerbating my injury.
I can't say enough good things about Iain and Highlander Fitness. I've been a member for going on 3 years and the progress I've made through Iain's coaching, and ever-changing strength programs, has been amazing. The small group session format means you're under Iain's watchful eye throughout every workout, and the camaraderie between the members is fantastic.
I would never hesitate to recommend Iain and Highlander to anyone who's serious about making progress towards their strength and fitness goals.
I have been a member at Highlander Strength and Fitness for more than four years. I have found Iain to be very knowledgeable, dedicated and personable. He takes pride in his coaching and is very supportive of members to help them reach their goals. The workouts (which are changed every six to eight weeks) are enjoyable and keep you coming back for more.
I have recommended the gym to various people whom have joined. They too have found the Highland Strength and Fitness experience to be enjoyable.
Iain Smith is the most incredible trainer ever. I met Iain with just 90 days to squeeze into my wedding dress. He's knowledgeable, committed and firm when you're not doing your best. Of course he got me in it! Iain's priority is to help you achieve your goal in a safe environment. I've learned so much from him. Iain also adapted the class for me for both of my pregnancies and coached me right through to the 9 month mark! If you want to be healthier or maintain your physical health, you need Iain in your weekly routine.
