Showed up on time and changed an anode rod on my water heater. The two young folks who showed up were very polite and did a great job but the aluminum rod they put in did not solve the problem. I called the owner and he told me he would get back to me and arrange a time to send somebody back out and change it back to a magnesium rod. A week later I am still waiting for that call. I find too many times these days that owners do not even take the common courtesy to get back to their customers. It is extremely annoying. Anyway to make along story short another company came and changed the rod and the problem is now solved. The positive thing about this is that now I have a company doing my work that I can depend on.
