Dr. Belinda Seagram and her team of counsellors and psychologists are absolutely top notch. In addition to providing quality mental health and counselling services in the Annapolis Valley, I have found the organization to demonstrate a strong commitment to the community where they are located. I am so appreciative that our community has a team that provides this caliber of professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Seagram and her team.
A friend recommended this place to me and I had no trouble getting an appointment. Their building is beautiful, it didn’t feel like a hospital at all and was very private.
I have seen other psychologists before, and although they did help I felt as though I ran out of things to talk about with them but still wasn’t where I wanted to be. When I went here, the sessions didn’t feel rushed and it felt like they were really listening to what I was saying and not trying to diagnose me as I spoke.
