She is very thorough and very knowledgeable in her field. She genuinely cares about her clients, and creates effective treatment plans that are client centered body, mind and spirit.

From her initial assessment to her intuitive treatment cycle, she explains exactly what she’s doing and how it will help realign and centre the body and mind. I always leave her sessions feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and blissed out. Five stars! -

(September 13, 2022, 5:43 pm)How fortunate the Eastern Shore is to have such a highly competent and caring professional! I first met Terilyn when she worked in Sheet Harbour. I had a number of health issues at the time and was skeptical that acupuncture would help in any way. Of course, I was nervous about subjecting my body not only to the procedure but also to an unknown acupuncturist. Terilyn immediately put me at ease as I gave her my litany of concerns. I had a list of questions prepared but, before I had asked them, she had addressed each in plain layman's language. What confidence this gave me! She is professional, compassionate, constantly learning and sharing her knowledge. She knows how to " do her job" very well. When I was " weepy" she did not pressure me in any way and her confidence became mine. Having moved to this area recently, I was thrilled to learn that she is at the wonderful Eastern Shore Wellness Centre and I will be able to continue her awesome treatments. I easily rated her 5 of 5 because that is who she is: exceptional in all ways!

It is rare to find a practitioner in any profession who takes their work so seriously and Terilyn is genuinely concerned with your health and well-being as a whole. Unlike standard western medicine which often only treats or masks symptoms, Terilyn’s approach is to treat the whole person and to find the underlying causes of the ill health or pain her client is experiencing. She is empathic, knowledgable and a highly effective listener. As a person who has suffered from acute and chronic pain I am truly grateful for the relief that she has provided, and I would recommend her on the strongest terms to those suffering from pain and or ill health: she can help you.
