(July 1, 2017, 12:01 pm)Staff are very friendly and I used to come here while traveling home, but a new RBC policy doesn't allow non-account holders to exchange foreign currency. I find that poor for a major bank. Nothing wrong with the staff, just the policy. (I used to have an RBC account but decided to reopen with another bank)
