  Paid a bill in cash when I still could. Now you can't which I think is unfair to the people who do not want to use debit or credit all the time

  I had an excellent experience here today. Bash, the store assistant manager, was beyond fantastic. I had come in, very frustrated and upset over a phone call with bell customer service, over a 100$ roaming charge in the US after already ensuring the $6 roam program was on my phone for any US travel. They basically told me over the phone that I was given false information, and there was nothing they could do for me. Bash, however, gave me fantastic service and was able to clear the mess up for me so I left %100 sastified. I don’t receive cell phone service like that often so I want to ensure that my great experience was documented!

  They told me they would waive my 125$ upgrade fee if i stayed with them for another 2 years. It would be applied on my next bill. It was not waived. 611 says not their problem I have to deal with store. I called 611 twice and got a different response both time. They say its the store's problem.
  
  Update: after dealing with store associate Ms Gillian I can happily say she fixed the issue. She is an amazing employee, thank you.
