Atmosphere Halifax Shopping Centre

Unique semi specialized world in a department store. They have more stock then they can display so remember to ask the staff of you don't see what you are looking for.

My experience over the course if about 6 recent visits: extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy in-store returns for items purchased at their on-line store. Great sale prices if you can catch them. Quality items from Osprey backpacks to a great line of Mountain Hardware items. This is my 2nd favorite outdoor shop in Halifax. Atmosphete and the other store downtown seem to compliment or balance each other - offering mostly different, yet high end brands. Shopping local keeps Haligonians employed - which is very important to me also. Once an avid Amazon shopper ... I now try to ensure my dollars stay as local as possible. I hope this great shop is here for a long time to come.
