(July 18, 2022, 1:42 pm)Usually on time for appts. Don't know why they are sometimes crabby. While waiting for my cat, a gentleman was also waiting and the mechanic was talking about him like he wasnt sitting there. Complaining about fixing his car. Not very professional.
