  Went to store right after moving to Halifax to get some repairs done to my car. Auto service people were friendly, helpful and seemed professional.
  Wandered around the store while I was waiting (they replaced the pump in my windshield washer system, which is a major job), and was amazed at how much merchandise they have managed to get into a kind of medium-sized store. There were a lot of good specials and, because we had just purchased a home in the area, I came back with my wife and we bought pretty much everything we needed to set up our kitchen at this one store (cutlery, knives, dinnerware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster oven...you name it we probably bought it!) as well as a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, etc. We even bought a 4K TV (amazing price), bar stools and on our last trip to the store, a NordicTrack rowing machine.
  
  Needless to say, we have been back to the store several times and have always been pleased with the helpful, cheerful sales staff.

  Not the biggest Canadian tire but it seems like it always has what I'm looking for, plus workers seem happy and helpful

  Bought some winter tires, staff was nice, smelled good but I'm a home hardware kinda guy.

  Great place with helpful staff. They had plastic totes on sale, and it was a good sale with 40% and 50% off of the regular price. Picked up a few other items on sale and then left. Quick in and out with no long line up at the cash.
