  The carved monument at William E. deGarthe Memorial Provincial Park is very beautiful. It honors the culture of local fishermen. However, there is no real park around it and the monument looks somewhat misplaced.

  If you visit Nova Scotia you have to visit Peggy's Cove. The rock formations are out of this world. Stay off the black rocks and enjoy your visit. It's so beautiful there. Make sure you try the ice cream, it's so good
