Went here a few weeks ago to send some tax documents to the US. The folks working there were super helpful and helped me correct the address before trying to send it through. Great experience overall!

Our experience at this UPS location was extremely smooth, efficient and professional (and friendly!) -- We moved across the country and shipped 20+ items/boxes over the course of two days, and the staff at this location were unbelievably kind, patient and professional. They were very attentive and answered all of our questions over multiple phone calls before our arrival, then remembered our specific case when we presented to the store. They packaged everything with extreme care and made our day EASY -- thank you for your care and time! Thank you Michelle, Ryley and Graeme!

My Wife and I shipped 20 boxes, golf clubs, a snowboard and, gym bags over 2 days with this store. They were extremely helpful, they took extra care to double wrap my snowboard and clubs in thick bubble wrap and were delightful to deal with. If you are using UPS in the HRM I highly recommend this location!

The staff at the UPS store are all so friendly and going to the store is an absolute pleasure. They are always so accommodating and super receptive to me bringing my dog Archie there, I will go out of my way to shop stuff through them now because it is worth the visit!

I come here often to drop off Amazon packages for shipment. I either encounter the curly haired young woman or the older South African gentleman. Both are always very helpful.

The new owners are great.
