  Cheryl's dedication to her clients simply cannot be overstated. As first time home buyers, my partner and I were extremely fortunate to have her expertise and guidance through the entire purchase process. With a very quick closing date, we just could not have pulled everything together without her. She raised the points that we didn't consider, and coordinated all the things that we didn't even know we had to do. We didn't have to spend months looking at dozens of houses because she took the time to find out exactly what we wanted, and then found it for us. Cheryl is a true professional and a lovely, pleasant person to have on your side through what can be a daunting and stressful process. Any potential home buyer would do well to enlist her services. We love our house and could not be happier after our experience with Cheryl.

  From the moment I sent Cheryl a quick email with a question on a property she was like a lightning bolt of speed and information. She quickly helped me and my husband reach our dream of building our own home. Something we thought was far off in our future became a reality within 7 months.
