(May 30, 2019, 1:12 pm)Professional, clean, and kind. The receptionist always greets me by name. The hygienists, nurses and Dr Dempsey are always wonderful. They answer questions patiently, and always make sure that the patient is comfortable. They have text message reminders for appointments. Definitely makes going to the dentist much less horrible!

This week my regular hygienist and dentist were unavailable but I was quickly rebooked for an appointment the same day. Lisa and Amanda were excellent and I even learned something new about how x-rays work. There is a strong team environment at Nova Dental and it makes for smooth customer experience.

The desk staff great you by name with a big smile and are so knowledgeable of insurance coverage and helps with any questions you might have. The dentist and supporting staff are so sweet and instantly make you feel comfortable and calm...and on some occasions even get you laughing....love them!! ????

(February 1, 2019, 2:49 pm)This group of professionals are top notch. They are very innovative and employ the latest technology. They are excellent at educating their clientele and their focus is on preventative. They are not pushy at all and will not pressure you into costly treatment plans.
The administrative staff are always cheerful and very accommodating. They seem genuinely happy to work amongst each other. The vibe here is very positive.
