(December 11, 2019, 10:17 pm)The online ordering for the bay in general is very slow. Called the number provided and it is only an automated message. My package was suppose to arrive on the 10th and i found out it hasn't even been shipped or processed yet. It would be nice to have an option to speak with a live person if needed for an update.
I never had issues at the bay in halifax, but i can't review the headquarters. -

Only loses a star on it's hard to track down a place to pay, i actually put items back before and left cause no one is around working on cash. This is a busy place! have staff on cash ready to take payment. Just a heads up go on weekends, it's the only time you will find a hidden gem at reasonable price.

(November 27, 2019, 12:31 pm)The only real department store since Sears closed. It is the only place for a wide variety of better quality under garments. They have cloths sections that cater to women's different body types (ie. Petite, Plus) and style. If they don't have items in the store they have ordered it for me and had it delivered to my home.

Merchandise you can physically see(not online photos), feel & touch, try them on for the just right fitting before your purchase. All in a physical brick & mortor store. No waiting for days for online delivery and worries about misleading color, quality and wrong size. Good return policy & service if you decided it's not for you.
Still a good old fashioned way of shopping.
