(September 7, 2018, 3:47 pm)ABC Insurance have been wonderful. Anytime I call the regular, full-time receptionist, Joanne, is cheery and makes me feel so at ease. She’s fantastic! Everyone is great to deal with and I always recommend ABC to anyone who asks.
(August 16, 2018, 10:39 am)My mother needed same-day insurance. My regular Insurance person was on holidays and my mother is not comfortable doing business on the phone or on the Internet, so we dropped in on a couple of places. The first place had priced my mother at an outrageous cost for the year. Next we dropped into ABC. Other than the fact that we didn't get a warm welcome from the receptionist; she really wasn't happy to have a drop in client and she made my mother VERY aware of that, we couldn't have had better service from Olivia. She was professional, thorough, friendly and she did her due diligence to get my mother an excellent rate. I can't say enough good things about Olivia at ABC Insurance on Wyse Road.
These five stars are well earned by Olivia but, the receptionist would get only 2⭐ if I could.
