Always a great haircut... when they have the time to cut your hair! I've never seen a salon that requires so many bookings. It's good for their rep; for customer service it's absolutely frustrating. If you want a cut from here you have to be patient and flexible with THEM. Don't expect to get squeezed in. On the brightside I have not had a bad cut from this location just outrageously slow service.
