What a wonderful Spring-like Outdoor store! As usual, I found an item just for me!
Friendly staff. My only complaint is it took them many weeks to submit a special order and get it in. They made it an overly complicated process which took far too long. To their credit they took responsibility for it and seemed apologetic but didn't offer a discount or anything on the item. I'll continue to shop here because of their selection and the staff but they could have done much better.
The young girl that helped me was very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful.
