After reading two negative reviews on this store, I was reluctant to step foot in this outlet. I decided to anyway, disregarding other people’s experiences. The Levis Outlet is one of the best stores in Dartmouth Crossing. Their wide variety of clothing and lovely staff provide such a welcoming environment for every customer. Even though Covid-19 make browsing a little bit inconvenient, I don’t think that is something to complain about as clothes shopping isn’t necessary. I didn’t end up purchasing anything, but the wonderful environment is what made the drop in feel less like a waste of time. Thanks Levis for your wonderful customer service!
