(December 3, 2018, 1:35 pm)Recently purchased a new door/front entry from Happy Harry's and had it installed by a contractor. After installation I discovered the door had a couple of defects, and I saw some water come through the sidelight during a storm. I emailed Happy Harry's and sent in pictures of what I was seeing.
A couple of hours later I received a phone call from the owner. The following weekend the owner personally came to my house, replaced the door, reinstalled the door hardware, and fixed the issue with the sidelight.
Honestly I expected that resolving these issues would be painful and would require me "chasing" Happy Harry's to have something done - but instead the issues were resolved quickly and effectively and with a smile. They have definitely earned a repeat customer. Thanks Happy Harry's for the great service! -
