  Theresa was amazing at the desk. We had a long day of travel and tons of delays. She booked us right in told us where to get food and was so happy. Just what we needed at midnight. The room was amazing and so comfortable, we are sad we didn't get to stay longer, but had an early morning flight out the next day. Theresa was still there when we checked out and she was still just as happy and helpful as she was at midnight. Thank you Theresa for helping two stranded ladies!!

  I have stayed here numerous times and this is our go to hotel whenever we are in the area. Well I just recently had to go as a family member was in hospital and I can not express enough the kindness and compassion I got from the manager and staff. It is a pleasure to stay here. They are always friendly. Rooms are always clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Annette Williston has got to be the most kind and caring manager I’ve delt with and it goes to show in her staff as they are always so friendly and to me, front desk staff are where opinions get based right away. They are the ones who make the first impressions and they are all awesome here :) Great place to stay with kids and pets. kids love the pool (which has a slide) and the hot tub. Breakfast is always good with lots of variety and freshness. For anyone who knows me I’m very picky and it takes a lot to wow me when it comes to a hotel and services. So I’m honoured to say how great this place is :) keep up the awesome work everyone.

  Clean room and excellent check in ... we stayed in a Suite (229) and not until things got quite did we notice some kind of vibrational noise which was constant and seemed to be coming from ceiling area. If you like quite for sleep don’t count on it in room 229. We never let staff know .. assume anyone in that room within a few mins would hear same.

  Not only were the staff so friendly, the hotel is wonderful too. We will definitely be back again to stay.
  Make sure you go see Cindy for breakfast because the waffles are AMAZING.

  This is a nice hotel. The free parking is very good. It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and polite. Air conditioning works very well. The people made a lot of noise during the night when we wanted to sleep. We called the front desk staff, but no one was available. That was a party at the first floor and there were a lot of young people at the hotel that night. The staff had problems to control the trouble-making people.
  The next morning they apologized and explained about the situation and told us that it was a very rare situation. They gave us a big bonus!
  I appreciate the understanding of the staff and their work!
  The breakfast was great!
