My husband & I have home insurance with Archway & decided to explore auto insurance options as well. Stacie was great...she promptly gave us a quote for our vehicle insurance & didn't stop there. I was extremely pleased with Archway. A guy by the name of Matthew Summers was the BIGGEST help ever. I was previously with TD and loved their customer service, but I went and got myself into trouble and now have to use a special high risk insurer. I was asking questions online and Matt reached out to me to say he may be able to help. Whether because of my driving history, or just from a total lack of customer service skills, every single other place I reached out to took days to get back to me, had no interest in helping me find a good rate, absolute lack of communication, and no desire to help. Matt was wonderful from the get go. Said he would see what he could do, he was always very pleasant and happy to help, always got back to me. Didn't ever once just say "here's your quote K bye", which is what everyone else did. My insurance rate is ridiculous, but that's my own doing, and I think I can honestly say that even if I had gone to look for one last quote before setting up with him and found a lower price, I would have 101% stayed with him because of his customer service skills alone. He was very accommodating. I can be a bit particular, and I get very worried and stressed out about this sort of thing and he was always right there to answer my questions and somehow didn't seem to tire of hearing from me. Amazing and patient guy; give him a raise! I hope that all other Archway employees are as great as Matt was, and other brokers could really learn a lesson from the customer service skills I experienced here. Matt and Archway made spending $5100 on insurance as pleasant an experience as possible. I will be recommending you guys to everyone!

I find my agent to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Finding the correct coverage at a fair price for my home policy takes time and understanding. Penney takes the time to help me learn what the Policy actually covers and what extras I should consider. I find my auto coverage to be considerably less expensive than my friends pay with a clean driving record. Great service level! I send a quick email and a quick explanation and prompt response is received back usually within the day.
