(December 5, 2018, 1:04 am)Morning staff (5 am) are great, friendly and welcoming. Throughout the day you get the muscle heads, fitness "hot" chicks, and your average Joe. Its a nice place to workout, but be warned that the New Years resolution people are coming. Overall I like it, early morning workouts help to get a day started. Oh and they are not 24 hrs on Friday through Sunday.
