My only complaint is the first time I visited the guy working was clearly not caring at all about what was going on in the store, he was studying a novel (highlighting sentences) and didn't really own it, if you know what I mean. I should add, the second time I visited the long haired bearded fine fellow who helped me was very engaging , commented on my Steely Dan purchase with positive enthusiasm! Overall awesome store in Bedford.
