  Went into this location and the ladies were amazing. I recently did an upgrade, but wasn't going to at first. I wasn't happy with some miss information I received at another Telus store. I live close to this location and decided to go in looking to cancel, but the ladies were so incredibly helpful. They took the time to go over my issues, called customer service to have my account fixed, and helped me decide on a new phone. Let's just say I'm definitely sticking with Telus and this location!
