Working with Elise is truly a magical experience. I've been fortunate to work with her periodically over the last handful of years, and I can confidently say she has helped me transform both my voice and myself. She helped me rehab my voice when a diagnosis led me to believe there was no hope.
Elise never tries to change who you are as an artist or performer. Instead, creates a warm and safe environment to learn who you are, your power, and cultivate love for the voice you offer to the world.

I have had the pleasure of working with The Vocal Warrior Studio for over a year now and it has been an enriching and enlightening experience. Elise is such a gem and amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, down to earth, easy going and is so talented. Our voice work has allowed me to increase my range and confidence in singing. One of the many things I love about working with Elise, is her ability to guide you through a process. Singing is joy and expression but it can also be a vulnerable experience. She makes each lesson feel personilized by the way she listens and reflects. Elise seems to intuitively know how to tease things out of you so that you can gain more confidence and connectedness to your voice. Elise is so fun to work with but I also really appreciate her granular knowledge of the voice, body and mechanisms of making sound. I've been working with her for over a year now and that has also allowed me to recognize that she's always building and expanding on her skill set and knowledge as teacher- it keeps things fresh and exciting for her students.

Over the past 4 months I have been working with Elise at The Vocal Warrior Studio. This has been one of the best professional development choices I have ever made.

I studied with Elise for about 7 years, and I had a life changing experience. Without Elise’s guidance, I would have never become the singer I am today! Elise encouraged me not to become a better singer, but she also helped me to become a better person.

Elise has a compelling, loving, and positive energy which uplifts her students and lets them take risks to make them a better performer. On top of assisting to build vocal strength, building range, and building strength as a performer, Elise also helps students become aware of vocal health, helps students express their truth, and helps her students to build confidence to take on the world!

Without Elise, I would have never been able to be studying at my dream school Sheridan College as a musical theatre student.
