(July 28, 2022, 6:20 pm)I made an online booking for a trip to cuba. Upon completing my booking I noticed in my confIrmation that it said COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILED.
I went to online chat and a wonderful man named raymond from your office began to help me.
after reviewing my booking and through several emails and even a call we resolved I little glitch in the system to determine everything was all good.
LIKE WOW..SERIOUSLY..RAYMOMD CALLED ME..unheard of particularly since I didn't book directly with him.
hats off to raymond..raymond you exemplify that it's possible to book online and still have personal contact with a human being and a darn nice one at that.

Kimberley is so professional and always responds in a very timely manner and goes above and beyond every time. I have never met her but feel so comfortable with her and I know when all is said and done she has done her best for me! I am from NL but keep coming back to Kim because I trust her so much. She is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her!! I have also dealt with some of her colleagues and they are wonderful as well! Great group! 💖

Kimberly has been my travel agent for a number of years, and I trust her implicitly with all of my travel plans. Everyone in the office is always friendly, and if I ever need help, I know Kimberly is only a phone call away. She goes above and beyond every time I've needed her, and I cannot recommend her enough.
