He was very pleasant and did the job thoroughly and quickly. The treatments are working for us - no more ants and not as many spiders. Thank you Stephen.

(September 21, 2022, 9:20 pm)Quinton, our tech, was courteous and polite and professional. He showed up punctually, he was well put together and he was very amicable. He listened to everything I had to tell him and decided on the appropriate course of action based on that along with his visual observations. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is because he was just here today so I have not had a chance to determine whether the work was effective or not. I'll revert once some time has elapsed. (August 24, 2022, 10:05 pm)A very nice young man was in my neighborhood and sold me on Insight's pest solution service. I was having issues with bugs and mice, so was happy when the Insight rep came to my door. There was a mix-up initially on the scheduled appointment day, but the customer service rep at Insight was extremely pleasant and apologized for the mix-up in days. Happily Glen texted and called me the next day AND arrived early. Glenn was very easy to talk to and he explained to me everything he did (without jargon) and said I should call if I have any issues. Luckily I didnt. Glen was super nice and I am very happy with Insight's prices, customer service and products/services. I would recommend them to anyone!

(August 17, 2022, 8:47 pm)Quinton came today to start out treatment and we have to say he was a really good guy and was very thorough finding all the ant nests and the big ticket item of a wasp nest that was by our front door. He explained everything that he was doing to take care of our property and the pests that were around our yard and assured us that he is available at any time that we need him. Great experience for our first meeting

(July 22, 2022, 4:55 pm)Glen is an amazing technician! Very knowledgable. Every time I call to address the issues that I have with spiders, he’s there and does a thorough inspection and treatment. He make sure to spend the time needed to get the best results possible. We now call him “Spider-Man.”
