From my first call to the office and subsequent visit with John to the final install they were nothing but professional, courteous and very friendly. On the day of install I was amazed at how their well their crew of five worked together. They were so attentive to making as little mess as possible, they cleaned up as they went and they made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. I only waited three weeks for the install once I gave the go ahead. When searching for heat pump installers I was looking for the right solution and not just a heat pump stuck where it’s easiest to install. I had four other companies in and Halifax Heat Pumps was far above the rest in listening to what I wanted. As a female I did not feel they were talking down to me. They answered my many, many questions and guided me through the whole process. You will not find a better crew for customer service - always reachable. Highly recommended.

(August 22, 2022, 3:47 pm)We are very pleased with this company. The HEAT PUMP Techicians were very professional, knowledgeable, neat and friendly, they worked hard, didn't even take a break!!!! They installed everything on time. Mo explained clearly how to use the system and stayed extra to help us install the app on the phone and make it work for us. The product is quiet, looks great and works fantastic. What a difference! Our home is cool and comfortable, the 3 units are covering well our big house.

They not only were extremely professional they were kind, courteous, timely, cleaned up after themselves and were super safe around my children and my puppies. I currently work for a financial institution and I lend funds for these types of projects everyday. I work with all kinds of vendors who Offer these services and I would recommend Halifax heat pumps over them all to my clients!
On top of all of that Eric worked with our Budgetgave us lots of options and alternatives and made sure to help guide us in making wise decisions.
Top notch professional company! Got my 5 stars and I don’t give those out easily! -

(June 13, 2022, 7:22 pm)They were great with education on the product and recommendation of new equipment. I had been dealing with Wilson’s Home heating and they have been very unprofessional and rude. Not to mention charged me for a service call, when they did nothing.
So I decided to try another company and they did not disappoint.
Halifax heat pump agents were fast and reliable, I got the parts I needed and installed within 2 weeks.
The whole staff from the installer, rep for site checks, to the office people… all fantastic. I’ve spoken to Jennifer in the office myself a few times and she has been so helpful. Way to go team!
This is my go to for heat/ac from now on.
