Not only is she incredibly responsive, professional and constantly willing to help with any issues that arise, she also explains complex corporate structures and the intentions behind those concepts in order to make it understandable for me.

(October 20, 2020, 1:52 pm)Gallant Law came recommended from my accountant and did my incorporation, and rollover of my proprietorship into an incorporated company. Each step of the process was easy, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They assisted with collection of outstanding bills by sending a demand letter that helped in receiving payment. Jillian drafted my Power of Attorney as well, which I hadn’t previously understood the importance of. I am grateful to have Jill in my corner when dealing with all aspects of owning my business. I would highly recommend Gallant Law to anyone.
