She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt cared for and she managed the details that are so challenging in a time like this. For such an affordable service I never imagined this kind of personal connection. I would highly recommend Eirene Cremations.

(December 13, 2022, 8:05 pm)It was by searching for a cremation service on the web that I found Eirene. I wanted an affordable service with a competent company. Well, I found that and much more!!
From the beginning, the response to my first email and the ones that followed, I always got prompt and complete answers to my questions. Eirene also provides all the paperwork to sign to take care of the handling of legal documents that have to be sent to CRA, etc.
Kate, the lady in charge of Eirene in Nova Scotia, is very efficient and caring. I am recommending them with lots of confidence. -

It was excellent all around - professional, compassionate communication, and Kate (NS Director) was excellent to deal with. An unbelievably simple model vs. the "old school" funeral approach, with showings, expensive caskets that no one will ever see. Eirene is onto something, and they are also implementing the new model so well. We were touched by their sincere concern for us, and for the timely cremation of our loved one during this challenging time. THANK YOU.

(December 6, 2022, 8:28 pm)Kate Taylor-Young of the Bedford branch is the best to deal with. I met with Kate after my husband passed away at the Halifax Infirmary. She was empathic, caring and knowledgeable. She helped make a difficult situation easier. After our meeting, Kate kept me updated from when she picked my husband up, when he was cremated, to tracking numbers for the documents and ashes. She is a credit to the industry and would highly recommend her. A big THANK YOU to Kate. You are truly the best!
