(June 23, 2022, 11:41 am)I called firefly and scheduled an appointment with the following week at 9am. He did not show up and did not call. I called to confirm if he was coming around 10am, no answer. He then butt dials me around 1pm. I hang up and call back, does not answer (I assume he screened me). Just wasted time, not money, but still frustrating.
