Very efficient and friendly staff. I opted for this company based on the fact that in such uncertain times did not ask for payment immediately when making a booking to have a COVID test done. They were even open on boxing day which was my only option to get my test done to travel. I arrived at least 25 minutes before my scheduled time and they were able to accommodate me; they are very specific with the travel requirements for entry into different countries and this I greatly appreciated. After my test I was informed as to how I'll receive my results for traveling; my only disappointment was the location which was quite a drive but it was worth it!
