(August 30, 2022, 7:28 pm)I've rented augers and scaffolding from GNS a couple of times. I'm impressed with their customer service from Sh, St and Jul. I asked how to operate the auger and they took the time to explain all the details. I had an issue with an auger and sent them an email outside of business hours and received a reply right away. They helped me trouble shoot the issue and I was on my merry way. Out of all the tool rental companies I have emailed with questions, GNS was the only company that actually replied. Even though it's quite the drive out to their shop, I prefer supporting small businesses over big box stores.
