(January 8, 2020, 8:16 pm)Last night we stopped here at approximately 5:15 to get supper. There were very few people there. There were two people to our left(not served) two to.our right who were eating their meal and six in front of fireplace that were just being served. The room off to.the right, which i couldn't see ) seemed to be busy. Not our fault. We ordered a bowl of seafood chowder and a sandwich...pretty simple...we waited 43 minutes before our meal was served. WE were not happy. The two.people to our left, who were there before us, were served their food after us. The food was very good, and the hostess was very nice BUT REALLY 43 minutes for a bowl of chowder and one sandwich. Why did that happen. I was extremely disappointed. One should be told if the wait was going to be that long,, as I would have left. Not sure I will return....No apology, no explanation...43 minutes!!!!
