Dr. Jeffery Penn is an exceptional Psychiatrist who truly cares about his patients. I have been his patient since for nearly 8 years as at the date of this review—and continue to be. He has a great sense of humour and a kind and empathetic manner. He takes whatever time is reasonably needed during each appointment, despite a very busy and full schedule. I personally do not mind waiting sometimes over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see him because I know he is running late giving very high quality care to the patient(s) he is seeing before me—the care they deserve! That is rare during these times of Gov't managed health care budgets where medical doctors and Psychiatrists are paid by the visit, rather than by the quality of service they provide.
