I've been around many massage spas and Focus massage was one of the best I found. The massage was so good, I had to take a rest the next day because I felt my body was releasing all the stress out.
Good knowledge, great atmosphere, one of the best in the province.
Sonja is fantastic! Several times now I have gone in for treatment to ease back pain and she has me feeling better again quickly. She is an excellent listener, a great massage therapist and her rates are very reasonable.
The studio itself is really relaxing and is in a great location. I highly recommend Sonja at Focus Massage if you are looking for a great therapist in the Truro area. It's totally worth the drive to Stewiacke!
