Among them is the fact that I am always provided with a drive or loaner car when needed, they always fix my car on time or if there is anything additional they inform me so I'm never surprised by what needs to be done or the cost. Warranty has been excellent and I've even had them proactively tell me when I'm in the shop of recall items on my car before I get official word in the mail. They are fair when working with trade-ins and I've never felt pressured into a sale or that they where trying to take advantage of me. They actively listen to me when I ask questions and provide me with detailed answers, allowing me to feel ever more confident they know what they are talking about and what they are doing. By far, my experience with vantage motors has been well above most the other places in Truro.
