(September 20, 2020, 9:49 pm)I had purchased a generator online yesterday which I thought was in store and was waiting for a text to pickup. At 3 today I called the truro store to see the status of our order and was told it was coming from Toronto and would be 2 weeks. I was put through to the manager as I wanted to cancel my order which he did. I asked what generators they had in stock and then preceded to go the store to purchase a generator. I went to customer service to get the generator and the manager was there and he was wonderful to deal with. He was very helpful. Certainly made my shopping experience at the truro store a very pleasant experience.

Last Saturday I was in a crunch! My tire started leaking air. I called hoping that there would be a slim chance I could get my tire changed, and all 4 actually changed to all seasons (I should have done this a couple months ago, I know).. the gentleman on the phone was so KIND and polite, he squeezed me in for an hour and a half after calling, on a SATURDAY!!!
The price was what you'd expect (rightfully so) and they had changed all 4 tires in less time than they estimated. As well warranty on the tire was deemed valid (there was no run around or aggrevated attitude). As well they did excellent service itself.
A big thank you goes to the auto department!!!
