(August 19, 2019, 7:11 pm)Wasn't buying anything from them I just call to get info on a used product I was buying privately from someone and I needed parts information to find out if what I was buying would work on my side by side..they took the time and matched up part numbers and really saved me a lot of money buying used and not new ..treated me as if I was one of their own customers. The help was very much appreciated
