(October 2, 2018, 5:56 pm)Went in ready to buy a lawn tractor. Had a couple of questions for the first salesman who approached me. He seemed pretty uninterested in me. I suspect it was because I was giving the impression I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I like to do that to see who wants my business. He did not. I was annoyed and left. After making a few more inquires around town I quickly realized this was the only place that offered a product/price that worked for me. I didn’t have the time to shop around in other towns so I just called and placed my order over the phone. The gentlemen on the phone (different than the salesman on the floor) was pleasant to deal with. Probably because he answered the phone to someone saying “order this for me”. Either way, I’ll be hesitant to return in the future. I can’t give 3.5 stars so I’ll be generous and round up to 4.
