Lovely cosy place, home cooked food. Our server was very friendly and even came over to tell us her shift was over and someone else would look after us. All of our meals were great!

Awesome spot, great customer service and good selection of food.
I tried the gluten free brownie and it tasted so good. My mother loves butterscotch ice cream and she only likes that so they asked her if she likes cherries instead of nuts and they gave her what she liked. The waitress was awesome.
Thanks. Out front by the entrance they were awarded by the community for fundraising. When i see that i know they care for others. Will definitly go back!

Eaten here a couple of times and each time it were busy as heck but that is ok because the food was good. We've eaten at other places in the area and they were not great at all. The Big Scoop had good service for the most part and food was well prepared. Read some had bad steak but I can't speak for that as I never had it there. What we had was good. Wife loved their burgers and she's a very fussy person about quality of food. I had no complaints as well and the deserts were also awesome. We want to go back more often but Mon and Tues are closed due to covid restrictions more than likely. Keep up the good work and don't let that cook go anywhere.

My son, (7) is providing this review:
This place is a 5 star restaurant because they put a happy face on ketchup on my burger.
I like the common sense. Oh, and they gave my chocolate milk. Any restaurant that serves chocolate milk is a five star restaurant.

While we were there a regular customer was having a issue with their blood sugars. I offered help if need be and I offered to pay the gentleman's bill, as the EMTs were there to try and get him out. The server politely declined and said that the Bill had already been handled.
I'm just being nosy and wondering if he's okay...

My meal was downright delicious. I had the hot turkey with cut fries. My husband had the burger and cut fries. Both of my children got burgers, and I didn't hear any complaints.
We don't go down that way very often, but next time we do, we are definitely stopping in again.
I wish the staff and management a great and happy summer.

The service was excellent! Friendly and polite and smiling. Clean and large open space. The food was superb. May have even been the best pan fried haddock I've ever had and that's a lot. The dessert was also delicious.
    Awesome place to eat.
    Thank you Big Scoop
