Reception is hard to contact sometimes, especially through phone, and the setup in the waiting area is horrendous. You have to pick a number and sit down and wait for your number to be called before you can go to the desk, even if it's just to tell them that you're there for your appointment. I've had times where I showed up to an appointment 10 minutes early, and my number wasn't called for 15 minutes, which then puts everything behind, because my doctor may be ready for me, but because I must wait for my number to check in at reception, the doctor doesn't know I'm there.
I'm giving 4 stars because reception isn't great, but Dr. Lacelle is amazing. 10000% recommend her for anything you may need. I've never had a better doctor.
